Alex is an experienced, provocative business coach, working with leadership teams, CEOs and boards of organisations who are looking to break through their own business bubble.

She’s also an associate at the Digital Think Tank Doteveryone, a fellow of the RSA and storyteller in residence at SIX.

As a Worldwide Creative Director at Ogilvy and Adam&EveDDB, Ivan built international teams for Dove, Unilever and Philips, creating award winning campaigns that went far beyond advertising.

Ivan has collected major international awards in almost every creative discipline and his work has appeared in TEDtalks, textbooks and spoof videos.

His work with tech startups and other businesses has given him first hand experience in building new ways to deliver better customer experiences and campaigns.

Ivan founded Truth & Spectacle because he believes creativity in business is more necessary and powerful than ever.
